SHIPPING RATES & PROVIDERS


CANADA



Canda Post Expedited Shipping
All of our Canadian shipments are sent via Canada Post’s expedited service. Your shipping rate will be determined by location at time of purchase. All shipments are trackable and you'll receive a tracking email when your order is processed.

GREATER TORONTO AREA

We offer a $7 flat rate local delivery option. Trexity is fast, reliable and will provide you with tracking information in real time. Simply select Trexity as your shipping method at checkout.

*Our local delivery radius is 30km. If you are outside of our local delivery zone, Trexity will not appear as an option at checkout. Simply enter your shipping information at checkout to see if you qualify for local delivery.

**If you are outside of our local delivery zone, Canada Post' expedited service will be your default option. Don't worry, it's still fast!

USA 

We now offer both economical and fast shipping options.

 

We've partnered with Stallion express to offer a cost effective shipping option. Select USPS at check out to take advantage of great delivery rates. Note that this option will take up to 10 business days to arrive.

 

INTERNATIONAL


We’d like to make your experience as seamless as possible. We use DHL Worldwide Express for super fast & reliable shipping. You will be provided with an estimated shipping wait time at checkout. This will be based on your exact location.

 

Note:

Order fulfillment will typically take up to 5 business days. This is not included in your estimated shipping window.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer pick up.

 

TAXES/CUSTOMS FEES

Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the Province/Territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver.


RETURN POLICY

Mini Jetsetter does not offer returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues
Please notify us immediately (and within the 5 days of receiving your parcel) if you receive the wrong item or if any item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
